Rates

• Priority - $100 / Hour
  • Priority rate customers are promised a 24 hour response time seven days a week. Priority service inqueries are moved immediately in front of our scheduled appointments. We ask that all customer's with urgent needs call us immediately at (615) 250-2449.
• Standard - $75 / Hour
  • Standard rate customers can expect no less than a two business day response time. On site consultation is available at no-additional cost when applicable.
• Retainer - $50 / Hour
  • Retainer customers are entitled to all the benefits of a standard rate customer at a reduced labor rate.

Retainer Programs

Retainer programs are designed to offer small businesses the benefits of having an IT staff member without the expense of a full-time employee. We manage the implementation and growth of your business systems, educate your staff, and keep you informed on the state of technology relevant to your business. Purchase of any retainer program locks you into discounted rates for additional labor for the term of the contract.
